You made the quote that their not all coming over here with huge deposits to only buy disregarding the rent option
Actually. I never stated buy. I just stated "deposits ready for their houses to live in".
You need a deposit whether you are looking to rent, or looking to buy. I didn't mention "buy" anywhere like you are telling me I did.
However, I CAN see my wording could have been clearer...and I do know, for the sake of silly arguments, it should have been clearer0 -

You know your right, I assumed you meant buy when you mentioned coming with deposits ready.
Of course it still is a stretch of an assumtion that they all want 2-3 bedroomed homes "each" when they arrive.
Most probably they'd share for a while I'd presumeGraham_Devon wrote: »Let's not pretend most of these immigrants are going to arrive with deposits ready for their 2-3 bed homes to live in each.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

The whole point of it was it being an assumption. I was discussing how a lot of immigrants really live, cramped up in one house. Hence why saying what I did. A house to each immigrant / immigrant family is not the case. But it is used this way in some of the supply arguments.
Even I'm confusing myself now though, as the point of what I was trying to say was lost a while ago with all the corrections on what was or wasn't said0
