  • Good.. That means you have broken the law yourself.

Im not so sure, the shop may be seen as a "public place" during opening hours, making it perfectly legal. Of course im no judge but when looking at the POA and the plethora of cases defining "public" it looks easy to argue....

Mainly as there are cctv cameras so the workers would expect to be recorded anyways......
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

Yep So do the many other users who post hidden camera videos on the net ;)

besides the point. they should not go around treaing customers poorly.

I am so angry i could go and trash their store "just anger talking"

£40 is not something you want to lose for a pair of shoes that cause you pain.

Its called voyeurism. Whether or not they treat customers poorly or not doesnt figure into you recording them .

4743 - you walk into a shop and know they are recording you as they have signs at the front of the shop telling you so. You cant just record people speaking at your whim - thats not allowed.

  • Are the brand name shoes that Sports Direct sell factory seconds? The reason I ask is they're so much cheaper than anywhere else and they don't seem to last, about a year ago I bought a pair of airwalk skate shoes, they got very light wear and lasted less than a year (soles coming away from the upper and a hole in the sole), but I liked the style and design so I bought another pair, these have been getting slightly heavier use, but are showing signs of wear already (they're only a month old!).

shops do not play by the rules so i do not play by the rules. I welcome sportsdirect to take legal action because i do not have anything worth taking.

they robbed me of my dignaty and my money. I do not care what happens to me. If all else fails i will have a "BF" in their store

Fat Mike owns most of the brands he sells though not airwalk.

I think for a years worth you would be lucky to get that out of any trainers..

I believe so. The nikes i got where £39.99 and no way to nike sell those shoes for 39.99. Last pair of nikes i brought from nike direct cost me £90 delivered and they lasted a long long time.
