Just applied and got an interview tomorrow :) I hope it isn't a mass interview for one or two positions.

My interview is Friday, I hope it isnt either. I am quite surprised I got to the interview stage as I have never worked in retail before!!

Good luck in all your interviews! I thoiught I had left it too late to get a xmas job but today I saw my local Cardfair is still advertising. Ad says various positions available until June.. Does anyone know if all the xmas temps are kept on that long? Just wondering what it's like to work there? Store was closed for day when I saw sign so can't get any info from them.

I got the job :) Was a bit nervous as when I talked to customer service as my name was ticked off from a long list of names. I arrived 10mins early and was kept waiting till 15mins after my interview time but the manager was nice, asked the normal questions then offered me a job. Only downer is I wont get home till midnight after my shift. But its paying more than my last job :D

Edited to add that ive applied to 20 to 30 Xmas positions. Had two email thanks but no thanks and this was the first I had an interview for. If your still looking dont give up :)
