What is the name of the business? Does it end "Limited"?

Is that one still trading?
Is there a company registration number for the one which you were dealing with?0 -

Of course its your own choice, but i would really consider contacting the CAB asap and just filling them in. They will assist on the current matter and then on further matters should this venture fail.
Think of it this way, it can't hurt NOT having an extra helping hand here right? the only problem with CAB services is usually that they are completely booked for weeks in advance. by the time you actually want to get in touch with them, you may find timescales start diminishing by the time you wait for your appointment.0 -

It is still trading, and coincidentally I have just received a letter from them stating they will take me to court because some how the judgement has been entered against them. Oops. I'll have to sort that out with the court I guess.
I went looking through all the correspondence I have to try and find a company number and no documents had it on. However, on one letter the address is Deal, Music Junkee Limited.... Sheffield etc. Deal and music junkee shared the premises from which the item was stolen, and music junkee remain in the premises from which deal has ceased trading. Is it likely they are the same company and can i chase them for my losses?
Thanks,
