Still nothing. I've been faxing my acceptance form to them everyday until they issue payment.

I'm on about 6 working days now. Like what's been posted before, it'll probably be on the 10th working day!!!

Sorry Lisa, still nothing here. Phoned today and got the automated message of "please note it can take up to 10 working days to process and issue the payment"

Translation: "it will sit in a pile of other unopened mail until we get round to doing it, we're very busy because we missold too much PPI."

"Please hold. Your estimated wait time is...

43 minutes"

I`ve still not had payment for last amount either been waiting since 2nd September called today got the usual garbage of "sorry the person dealing with your complaint is not at her desk" will get her to call you back yeah right heard that before so will continue to harass them daily till I get MY money.
