I am the same Lisa. My form was received on the 10th, send special delivery. I phoned them yesterday and was told it would be the full 10 days before the money went into my account, which is next Thursday, it is a disgrace that they can hold onto our monies for this amount of time. It does not take 10 days to process a BACS, and it is jsut another one of Welcomes Finances 'games' at trying to hold onto monies that is not rightly theres for as long as they can. This company make me sick!

Waiting, waiting...still no sign of anything in my account. I really hope turns up in the next couple of days as I'm dying to pay off all my debts. :j

Not a thing Lisa, I phoned them on Thursday and they said it would be the 10th day before it was paid in by BACS, cos that's how long it takes, which is rubbish! I had someone pay me for something through BACS yesterday and with 1/2 hr the money was in my account. Welcome make me sick, big time! x Will let you know though x

Same boat. If it's not in by wednesday I will ring and play hell with them, and explain how a bacs payment works, and update them on all modern technology that allows instant payments. I will then demand that it is paid or else drive to Nottingham to collect cash. It's only 3 hours and I like a good road trip!

Do you know the details of the Chief Executive officer (CEO), not saying it will work, but maybe you could try writing/emailing to him or or if you've been waiting over a long period of time, fingers crossed everyone.;)

I think I'll give them a call today and see what's happening. I have two settlement figures which run out this week and really want to get this sorted asap. Writing away for new f&f is not waht I want to be doing right now :mad:

I'm just waiting for my BACS transfer to come through and i'm checking my bank balance daily.

I managed to get a fax number for Welcome and have been sending letters this route and it has been working as they have confirmed receipt.

Fax number is 0115 984 9302.

Well spoke to them this morning after waiting 25mins on hold (a record so far). the funds where requested yesterday but and a I quote "it can take up to 5 working days to show up in your account, everyones banks are different...blah, blah,blah"

I spoke to my accounts manager who handles wages and she said a BACs payments normally take 3 days, for example: funds requested for wages on Wed 25/08 are paid into the bank accounts on midnight Fri 27/08 and I seriously doubt we all bank with the same bank in here!

So glad to be rid of this lot! Next time I even think about taking out a loan I'll give myself a good shake first.

Her parting words where "if you don't have anything in your account by Monday next week call us back..." Hmmmmm!
