We have snow forecast for tomorrow:( Glad that I haven't cleared throws, fleeces, candles etc away yet. I reckon that we're in for the long haul....

No sign of sleet and snow here although it is overcast, damp and miserable. Tomorrow is set for cloud but also some sun (anyone remember what that is like?) and 11C temps!

I did have candles lit for cosiness last night and they raised the room temperature by 0.5C, it felt even more than that.
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

  • The temperature seems to have been a bit colder today, although I doubt we'll see signs of any snow/sleet here. Looking at the forecasts we're supposed to get heavy rain this weekend - joy! That said, it's quite good as I've left the new pair of snow boots I bought when Millets had a sale on at work under my desk :p

Last few days here I've been really cold. Chilled to the bone. Forecast on BBC was for heavy snow tomorrow, dry on sunday then more snow on monday. The seeds and veggie patch suddenly seem a long way away !

Temps hovering around freezing here the past few days and there is still snow on the mountain tops. Because I`m always up early, outdoors before the sun is high enough is always frosty and crunchy. Looks beautiful but very very cold indeed.
