Create a free flickr or photobucket account, upload your pics to their site.
Copy the direct link code, come back here, post reply above where you type there is a little square icon with a mountain picture, press this, it'll bring up a box which you paste the code you copied.
I find you have to delete the http bit it automatically adds to the beginning as this messes the link up and if sharing from a secure site such as flickr or photobucket you don't need it.
The Image will then appear in your postMSE- The Glitchhikers guide to the galaxy0 -
hi! took me a while to get my head around it too!
simple terms - you buy shower gel and the label says £1, but when you check your reciept, you paid £2. go to customer service and they will (should) offer double the difference (DTD), giving you £2 back! nice freebie cos of their mistake!
HTH
I've known how this works for a long time but it makes me wonder how thick some of the staff are, or why they don't question you.
Lets say you bought the Gordon Ramsey dinner service and the SEL says £25 but you pay £50 then you go to the CS staff for DTD why do they never ask why you never spotted this glaringly obvious mistake?0 -

That's why I put it through with my weekly shopping today, that way I could just say I bought so much I didn't realise it went through at £50.SW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

I can understand that but there is one person on here who just went through the till with that alone. That in itself should have set alarm bells ringing in CS's head that s/he was at it. Not that I blame him/her for doing it but the CS staff must be really thick.0 -
I went on the hunt for the gordon ramsey dinner set a few days ago when someone on here mentioned it. I found a SEL for it but no dinner set, i asked an assistant to look out the back for me and see if they had anymore anywhere but he came back and said it was a discontinued line - they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't be receiving anymore either
this was in the barnstaple extra store so hopefully this will save someone a journey xxxVery proud to be Strip club member No 430 -

I agree with you completely, I'm not brave enough to do that and then have to try and explain myself. I felt my face going red when I was at CS today when I put it through with my weekly shop, I can't imagine what I would be like if I had gome through SS and just had that. Like you said, the cs staff should pick it up when its that obvious, thats why I worry!!SW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

Yep, and the person in question that did it was already getting grief from the trouts on CS for something else. While s/he was waiting for a manager or someone to come and speak to her about it s/he went off wandering around the store, found the discrepancy, purchased it then went back to CS for DTD. This kind of thing just gives the trouts more ammunition.
Like I said, I don't blame people for doing it but at least put if through with a few other things at the same time so it's not so obvious.0 -
