been on a mission today to find a dinner set... I'd be happy with a 8.00GBP one some of you managed... looked at all of them and nothing was there... and then... I looked up... :p one lonely gordon ramsey set sitting there with a SEL of 25.00GBP under it :D so I quicky took it off the shelf and dragged to the till... asked the guy to check the price for me... he was horrified and told me it's 50GBP! :rotfl:I said it's fine then, he asked: are you sure?! :rotfl:
went to CS and the "nice" lady said I have to go upstairs to the home CS  then two of the CS/SA's pretended they know nothing about dtd and only manager can do it so I asked for her to come over... :p She was very grumpy but did it for me... :T
    :j:j:j
Arrived at home 3 hours later then normally but well worth it! :D

MANY THANKS to whoever posted about the dinner sets and to nikkilala for her great help everytime I ask :A

Has anyone got the barcode for these dinner sets?

    Thanks.

I don't suppose I could be a pain and ask for a pic?

I heard about these dinner sets before and I had a brief look and I did find one Gordon Ramsey dinner set (in two colours) but I didn't have any information with me and I forgot all about it until tonight.

Just back from T's, no dads/mens things that I was looking for, no squeezy jam or chilli nuts, or harpic... did get one solitary pack of Tea that the SA let through, even after she'd noticed that it had scanned at 7p, but she didn't spot the striped tumblers :D, so nice DTD back on them. The tumblers I check every now and again, and every so often the shelf stacker forgets to remove the 4 for £3 stickers, then it's time to get some more :D

Some MSEr's have managed to get these kid's gardening sets for 50p but I can confirm that these are scanning at £2.50 in Goodmayes, Essex. I had four in my trolley for DS/DD/nieces but thought I'd better get the price checked..... just as well I did

    HTH :)

Still no chilli nuts or T-bags :(

My head is pickled with these Gordon Ramsey dinner sets. I know I saw them somewhere as I recall walking around the end of an aisle and nearly dying from shock at his face staring back at me. Now the problem is that the only 2 stores I haven't been back to are quite far apart so which one to try tomorrow?

I've only ever found them in my Extra store and every time they have the stickers on I stocked up. Now got 24 coloured and 24 black glasses. That may sound excessive but they are very good quality and for 23p(black)/25p(colour) each you can't go wrong!
