went for a trip to bletchely tescos today, dragged 2 kids round to find..................... zip, nothing, nada!!!

looked for everything i could possibly remember, but absolutely nothing - they were even sorting through all the socks so not a chance there!

one thing that shocked me is that they have the audacity to put the price of the pasta sauce up from 20p to 75p, but rather let us still have a cheap alternative, they change the tesco value sauce from 17p to 38p!!! i'm gobsmacked!! nothing is cheap anymore!

glad i stocked up i thought they would hike it up, the scum ha

Got the 3 pack socks in a box today (5052320380596) for £1 and the briefs/socks in a box (5052320378357) for £1.25. Both were hanging on the shelves labelled at full price (£8 for the socks, £10 for the briefs and socks).

This was in Stockport Extra and I left a few on the shelf for others. A few best grandad socks were knocking around too.

Not a 1p item but hartleys squeezy smooth strawberry jam 330g was £1.35 now RTC 20p! I couldn't see any other flavours for this price in my store. Barcode ends 164248 and bbe date is march 2012. Hth!
To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D

did my weekly shop, DD was nagging me to buy one of those very large tennis balls Mt T had for sale reduced from £3 to 75p.

Being the lovely mum I am :D I gave in.

Got to the til, lovely SA tried to scan, no barcode on the one we had picked up, tutted and handed it to me;)

So a free ball and a happy DD:j:j

Not 1ps... but noticed some mens clothing bargains think they were both £8 orginially then £4 now reduced again...

Yellow mens tshirt with "Taxi" photo on the front - £1
Family guy Best dad or something similar slogan tshirt - £1

Also picked up some mini 1tr zinc buckets in gardening aisle, were £1.50, then £1.20 (crossed out) now 75p - so maybe one to watch as 3 reductions usually goes to 1p doesnt it?
