The only jelly I can find cheap is the packets of Hartley's orange jelly which has a SEL of 19p and scans at this price. This is the jelly that is a block not the powdered jelly. The other flavours are 35p-40p. Is this the jelly people are getting cheaper please? Or does my store not have the 'right' jelly. If someone could give me some wobbly advice that would be great, thanks!
I've been wondering about this one too! It seems to have been on the pennyitems list for a while, but I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. Will be hitting mr t's again later, and will have another look.
    :DPlease, pretty please!:D

Winjackie - which Tesco's did you try? (seen you are not far from me!!)

Hi Mazcabs, my local is Tesco Extra Goodmayes (where I went today). I also use Hornchurch and sometimes Beckton but haven't found anything in these apart from some roses a while ago (although these do have a price-checker and Goodmayes doesn't )

    HTH :)

I agree nikka, I was the same - must be our minds working overtime on this one :o:o :rotfl: :rotfl:

I meant with the bags of milk, if you just try to fill them with liquid then it will not pour like it's supposed to.

Has anyone tried using a Jugit for something other than it's intended purpose? The lid isn't watertight, it leaks like a seive.

Yes, I have lol and had a cold shower from it as I shook it up. Made son rofl :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

It's a bit of a waste really, especially as my local T's don't even stock milk in a bag.

Finally a great shop at tesco for me. I can confirm the purple wireless mouse are still scanning at 1p. It had the barcode number scribbled out and a new one written in, well i decided to go through SS and i had no problems there :) Oh, and i bought 20 of them custards at 10p each. The roses are now £1 and the 1p mints also scanning at £1. This was at leicester extra. Thanks guys for all your input and the originals posters :D

Oh you are so lucky i've been looking everywhere for a 1p mouse! I'm saving up for a new laptop and thought a mouse would be my first step!

I even drove over to Leicester Beaumont leys (45 mins away) to try and get one but nothing. Where there any more left because I can try to get over again?

Heading out to Aberdeen Westhill now. I desperately want some 1p mice. If I can't get them there does anyone want to swap one or two for some Roses? I should still have 20 odd boxes out at mums if my sis hasn't ate them all.

Another one who is not happy about the SS being posted over there I'm afraid. We all seem to work together over here, and what has essentially happened is someone has given the treasure map to the pirates!!

Get rid of it or fill it with rubbish!

Bad trip to Tesco today (compared to my usual hauls): 5 x 30p custards (no 10p left), five pairs of Super Dad socks and, er, that's it!

    Rubbish.

5 choc custards and 4 dove deo's plus a bag of rice fusions, forgot to look for the tea. Good idea to freeze the custard in ice cream cones, will try that after I buy some cones tomorrow.
