1p finds at Tesco thread

The only jelly I can find cheap is the packets of Hartley's orange jelly which has a SEL of 19p and scans at this price. This is the jelly that is a block not the powdered jelly. The other flavours are 35p-40p. Is this the jelly people are getting cheaper please? Or does my store not have the 'right' jelly. If someone could give me some wobbly advice that would be great, thanks! My daughters are my world0

Just nipped out to Tesco's to try to get some more T-bags (bought wrong barcode ones the other day for £1) but all they had were the same ones, none ending in 411
The shelves were also cleared of custard and I've given up hope of ever getting harpic or corn. I did see the jug-its stacked up and distinctly remembered reading that the end of the barcode of the ones scanning at 1p was 3142. The first ones I checked had a different barcode so I looked further along and found some with 3142. I decided to play it safe and buy one along with a couple of other items. It scanned at 1p!! :T. Sent my daughter out to the car (she gets embarrassed when I have ever had to argue for DTD etc, she'll learn.....
) and went back for some more. Went to a different checkout with 6 more and the SA keyed in 6 x and scanned them .... "6p!" she said.... "I paid £1 for one of these yesterday!" to which I replied "wow, I have got a bargain"!
As jumblejack (I think) said above, these have blue stickered barcodes as opposed to white ones.
I also tried Mint Thins, Orange Segments and Roses (surprise, surprise there were trays of them today, not seen any in there for over a week!) but they all scanned at £1If at first you don't succeed ........Alternative autism therapies should be free!!

Has anyone tried using a Jugit for something other than it's intended purpose? The lid isn't watertight, it leaks like a seive.0

I had a look in our Tesco Extra yesterday especially hoping for the chocolate custard but there was none, just a whole shelf of normal custard. The Roses and other chocs were scanning at full price, there were no purple mouses and the jugs were stacked up in boxes and scanning for £1. Am thinking my store must be doubly efficient with keeping on top of prices. I'll look again tonight though.Debt Free: 01/01/2020

Hello, my name is Emma and I am a bargain addict
I spent yesterday reading through the T threads and thought I'd try it out today. I only left with 12 of the custard but still chuffed. I've pured half of one into icecream cones and put them in the freezer for the kids to have after dinner
Nothing else, but I know I'm addicted now, I've been trying to do the whole extreme couponing thing, but there aren't many to be had in the UK, compared to US and this is even more fun.
Only other bargain was that I picked up soy sauce for £1.29 then went to the foreign foods section and the same sized bottle is about 59p. Very pleased
Thank you all so much for your contributions and I look forward to sharing with you0 -
