1p finds at Tesco thread

Finally a great shop at tesco for me. I can confirm the purple wireless mouse are still scanning at 1p. It had the barcode number scribbled out and a new one written in, well i decided to go through SS and i had no problems there Oh, and i bought 20 of them custards at 10p each. The roses are now £1 and the 1p mints also scanning at £1. This was at leicester extra. Thanks guys for all your input and the originals posters

Something just occurred to me...

Tesco have two bottles of selected booze for £23 and I think that includes Pimms. However the SEL for Pimms is £9.49. If you put through two of these and they go through for £23 that's about £8 DTD. although not making any money you are almost getting a bottle for free. Has anyone tried it?

I bought 4 pairs of "the best granddad in the world" socks earlier for only 25p. Had a reduced of £1.25.

Also bought 2 more jug its. Was really funny, as I sent my parents to grab the jug its, whilst I went to look for the mints, tea bags and anything else. Anyway, they only told me this after we got in the car. When they got the jug its, they saw a young couple debating whether to get 2 or not. According to my parents, the female was telling the male to just get two. They grabbed 2, but then later went back and put one back. The male was apparently quite nervous, my mother was going to tell them it was scanning for 1p, but as she wasn't quite sure herself, she held off. I wish, I was there, then I may have had the chance to say "are you a friend of Martin's?" hehehe
