1p finds at Tesco thread

found the tomatoes with chilli today in prescot store :j:j
no sel label though
they had loads aswell dont worry i left plenty for others :rotfl:

I believe so, if not two. I have complete brain drain at the moment though- and the more I think about it, the more Tesco's branches
are all just merging into one!

In all the Tesco's I've been to they are next to the tinned ones.

I noticed in my T's today that not only didn't they have any of the tomatoes with chilli they didn't have any of the other flavours (and no empty spaces), they only had the larger 'passetta' (sure thats not how you spell it! )

and they deffo sold a few different flavours as I bought some when they were on b1g2f (sadly missed the glitch when they paid you to take them away! ,someone had already emptied the shelfs!)

anyway my point to this is that maybe its worth keeping an eye on the others flavours (tom's with basil/garlic ect) as maybe they are stopping them too?

did manage to get the stagg's though! :j

and got the cheese sauce,which had the 'normal' standard sel stating 75p!!

I was one of the lucky ones to get a 'cupoink' at 1p way back before xmas (even better as my son really wanted one,but at the full price of about £12.99,was too steep for what it was I thought. (in true mse 'fashion'!)
wouldn't it be great if we could find another biggie like that!

I feel a 'bit' better after finding these today lol,lifted my sorrow of dtd demise a tad!

I wanted the cheese sauce and stag chilli none in my area, i just got free crappy tomatos instead "jokes" id prob use them cheese sauces more ill end up giving tomatoes to my relatives as dont eat that many.

are the sell by dates on tomatoe with chilli oct 2011 on everyone elses? this threads great i wish i could fin dsome new ones myself to share so we can all benifits from tasty 1p goods

my extra store only had one price checker by alcohol isle in mine, another store it was in-op just blank grrr
