You lot still banging on about delivery delays? Some have even suggested its a scam! Pretty long going then cause they have had this thread going since Oct last year. Ive received 2 cheap dysons from them and boxed and original.If you want your dyson cheap then be prepared to wait.Im of th opinion they have delivery/cash flow issues.The trading standards would have stopped this if it were a scam.You dont get anywhere in business if you dont try a new angle so good luck to Anthony! To the whingers out there go to Argos and pay 40 quid more.

Ive had all this rubbish before on this forum.Im a car breaker by trade ( fiat breakers.co etc) and ive never met nor am i keen to meet the owners of this office supplies company.Give them a break go back to your knitting.

Nevertheless you are obviously a keen supporter of Utopia from a review of your posts. "Give them a break" you say, notwithstanding that they have been using the credit card ploy for over a year which is hardly totally honest, secondly they are not adhering to Long Distance selling regulations. You may feel that these are not important, but some of us do try to warn others of a practice which are likely to disappoint unsuspecting shoppers.

May I also suggest that your comments and the tone of them says more about you than adding anything really constructive.

Although Amazon, Currys Dixon, Pixmania, Laskys, Tesco at 22feb are all out of stock (probably explains Utopia's stock probs) you can get it at Electrical 123 for only £11 more without all the hassle with Utopia, plus you will get the CC guarantee. Why take the risk with Utopia?

Suggest its a no brainer......

I got an e mail saying he'll contact me over the weekend with a delivery date. Given it's Monday I'm not hopeful.:mad:

I got the e-mail as well on 22/01/2010 with a sorry for the delay but details about delivery will follow over the weekend! well were on Wednesday and still nought - what's new here!

I then made a payment of £114.99 via my bank account right away.

I sent an email to Anthony to confirm my order and also called the following day and spoke to a guy who said that he would get Anthony to contact me. He never returned my call.

Today (Wednesday 26th Jan 2011) i have tried to call them over 20 times and it keeps taking me to voicemail.

I spoke to my bank and the payment has been taken and im concerned with no response whatsoever.

just like a lot of you I got the email recently (over the weekend) promising to advise me about my order over the next few days - and still waiting - and still expecting another long wait - nearly 2 months now since they had my money. Great for anyone that has had their dyson - but I'm not holding my breath - still wondering if they have actually sold anything else as it's only the dysons that seem to be giving the problems.
