Hi all,
I'm quite new to the site but have read tons of your posts from tips on cleaning to batch cooking to moneysaving.
Anyway, I'm trying to start meal planning and make more meals from scratch.
We love Pasta in tomato, spicy tomato or creamy sauces, Lasagna, Bolognese etc but we always use Dolmio Pasta sauces.
I would love to be able to make and freeze my own (Healthy & Cheaper) Pasta Sauces that taste just like the Dolmio Sauces.
Does anyone have any recipes?
Thank You x

My simplest pasta sauce is creme fraiche with a handful of parmasan thrown in

Works well with chicken or bacon plus courgettes/mushrooms/shallots
Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!
