Sorry I'm late in replying to peeps, been out today for another house viewing.... deceased estate so bit eerie walking round, discounted it anyway because whole thing needs re-doing, good space though, massive garage/work shop..... shame.....
Anyway
Beenie - round in the denes, holmlands and deneside....
MichelleM - its my parents buying it, and we're renting off them and when they move up here, we'll either buy it off them or buy our own....
Its not so much the garden being ming, it just wasnt as big as the second...problem is my dad didnt see the one i prefer so we need to try and get a second viewing, but with parents being 300 miles away, its a challenge LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -

Ooh, the birthday party Caitlyn went to on Saturday had one of these in the party bag... That's more that the present we bought cost... Oops!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

About £25 on a Turkey, £15 on Beef (but that did get halved and put in the freezer) £5 for haggis, £4 for goose fat, £4 for potatoes, say £10 for random veg? Wine and fizzy pop ??? and then cheese platter, pudding, OMG......
You know what, I'm going to someone elses house this year for Xmas dinner unless someone is chipping in a few quid0 -
