OK, who's got my baby? This one isn't mine... Mine asks me for a nap within 2 hours of getting up and she most definitely does not get hysterical when put in a cot!

Took me nearly an hour to get her settled for her nap, including having to take her to my bed for a lie down and a feed because she was doing little hitching breaths :( She's asleep now and I really hope she manages a couple of hours... I think she needs it...
you can have mine, although he screams everytime put in a cot, will only sleep when lying within hair grabbing distance of his mummy, wakes up constantly between 9pm and 2am and likes to stick his hands and toys in his !!!!!! when you change his nappy!

I'm not liking him very much at the moment, can you tell?:p

EA - I usually cut the chicken and then fry it so it seals nicely to keep it juicey, try to cut the strips against the muscle fibres so its easy for her to get bits off to eat and not get long stringy bits that are hard to chew/swallow

ETA_ what a clever idea with the screen saver! Dexter is on my Christmas list :D I'm thinking I'll ask for the big CSI box set next year when it's my turn for the 'big gift'

EA, warp a breast in foil and oven it or gently boil it in larger chunks. Cool, cut into strip and there you go.

Frying can make little sharp bits on chicken and can make it rubbery when it cools.
  • Thanks Lillian, they had a where's wally book that I was planning on buying for Aimee anyway!!

Sami, I have nothing to suggest re Ed's sleeping habits... But he won't be doing it by the time he starts school... ;) And caitlyn sticks her hands down as soon as you undo the nappy, drives me spare... It's the reason I end up doing all crappy nappies because if I left it to D then it would just be everywhere!

EA, I would wrap in foil and cook at 180 for 25-30mins... Then just tear it into strips along the length...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

No problem - I've just done it again and got 2 x 3rd and Bird, 5 x Wibbly Pig, 4 x Kipper and a Winnie the Pooh straw to bring it above £5, then got the Gruffalo set for free! It's such a good offer :)

I cancelled the appointment :( I woke up this morning heavier, I didnt eat ONE thing yesterday. Well it gives me some time to get a healthy eating pattern going, instead of binging, starving and purging. My hair is shedding like mad too, I just know Im going to be bald by Xmas.

Just waiting to hear back about that job, no doubt I didnt get it, that will round this abysmal day off nicely, though things come in 3, so maybe I'll get knocked down.
