You do have to be quite horrible. My friends 1st baby never slept through so I told her to do this with her next one and she has done it. It can be awful when you 1st try, and the older they are the harder it can be as they have got into the habit of waking at night. You could be in for a couple of hours of screaming but it will work. If you don't he could still be waking at a year old. xxxToo many children, too little time!!!0
