    Check your positioning too... If her mouth is sore she might not be opening it wide enough to get a good latch...

    She's really good about positioning, if her latch isn't good she'll pop off and do it again, bless her.

    She is now sleeping, thankfully. I couldn't have lasted another five minutes without crying myself.

    Did you try get him to go all night...maybe it's worth just trying to get him to drop one at a time, or as Tara says, be strong, but be strict...it does happen eventually.

    Ah yeah:rotfl:...I did 3wks SAS there, I loved it, was even teaching classes by the end of the 3wks:D

    You do have to be quite horrible. My friends 1st baby never slept through so I told her to do this with her next one and she has done it. It can be awful when you 1st try, and the older they are the harder it can be as they have got into the habit of waking at night. You could be in for a couple of hours of screaming but it will work. If you don't he could still be waking at a year old. xxx
