Armybike - Isabelle is cute
If she is being less of a sneaky cheeky monkey and you want to get her one of her own they are about £1 in asda, Edgar has one, he's fascinated by the gitter swirling around

I second a door bouncy and some funky tunes. Charlotte loved bouncing around in hers to MTV Dance
Off out to do some Christmas calls this morning  Just a prep call to make sure the stock is coming in and they have space to put it out.

Have only read this and the last page, but S is another sleepy one. We can keep him awake past 7 if we need/want to but he is particularly whingey if we do! He sleeps through til 6-8am depending on his opinion that particular morning
but still has a 2-3 hour nap as well! I too was worried he wasnt getting something nutritionally so I got some vitamin drops which I put in his cereal, but they've made no difference. When he is at the CM he doesnt nap properly and is vile when I pick him up.
Cute thing he's started doing - instead of dancing, he stares transfixed at the tv and then when its finished claps and says Yaaay!Mummy to

Did I see right earlier Maz that Henry still has a nap?
I also worry that he needs so much sleep when V (for example) seems to be phasing out her daytime nap and maybe he is missing out on something (nutritionally or whatever) because he still needs so much sleep
well if you want to [STRIKE]compare[/STRIKE] know what happens in our house, A goes to bed between 6.30-7pm, generally now sleeps until 7-7.30pm an sleeps for approx 1 1/2 hrs at lunch. Bearing in mind that B is a boy and therefore probably more active I think it sounds about right. Being sleepy means he's being stimulated both mentally and physically and is learning so much he needs to sleep for his brain to consolidate all the new information.angelfairy wrote: »hi everyone...
who fancies helping me write a resignation letter, trying to get the powers that be to allow me to us my two weeks leave as part of my four week notice period???
going to read back to see what all the babies/toddlers/children have been up to
oooh - sounds exciting. I would think that it would be easy enough for you to arrange what you want. Otherwise if you don't take the holidays they must pay you for them. could you book your holidays on teh HR system before you resign
I can't promise that all my replies will illicit this responser.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!

Different people need different amounts of sleep. I read the blog of a lady who is pregnant and she was complaining about how little she could get done because she had to sleep so much. When she actually specified how much she was sleeping it was the same as the amount of sleep I normally have.My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »I also worry that he needs so much sleep when V (for example) seems to be phasing out her daytime nap and maybe he is missing out on something (nutritionally or whatever) because he still needs so much sleep

A bumbo or some kind of entertainer. Or just a blanket on the floor with some toys...although this is what started my baby off crawling at 5 1/2 months!!!Have only read this and the last page, but S is another sleepy one. That's good - they are very similar. Benjamin doesn't sleep properly when MIL has him (because she won't put him in his cot for his nap grrr - she lets him sleep on the sofa) because he only ever sleeps for 90 mins and it isn't enough for him.
Very cute :T:Tplease listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
