    This made me laugh!!!

Thanks again guys - as always just posting on here makes me feel a little bit better. I know he will grow out of it and before long I will be moaning that he won't go to bed. I think it is the stropping that is getting me down as much as anything. I didn't mind the 7pm bedtime when it was an hour of solid quality time until 7...at the moment it is 30 mins of fun and 30 mins of awful hassle and screaming :o Tonight was particularly bad too :(

I pick him up at about 5.20 most nights but :shhh: don't tell work!!

your secret's safe with us and have another hug ((((((((((((())))))))))))))

oh dear 3. Not sure what to suggest. A would hide them in the washing machine or the washing basket - but I'm guessing it was J that hid them and not V. Perhaps L has ieas about a car for her birthday/christmas as well as a horse etc.....:D

V hid my phone in the freezer a couple of weeks ago! But she was very good and went and got it when I asked where it was. Hopefully they'll turn up soon, unlike my ipod that disappeared for two years before turning up on J's window ledge!

Oooh bargainous walker! Tho we dont need one as MIL has already got one for T.

Aless - thats really awful about your Job :( Hugs x

Susan - sorry nothing useful to add but hope you get a good response IYKWIM.

gill - we had the fisher price books with the red marks on both sets of freebies that came through too. I didnt bother complaining, hope you new set come through mark free. One of my deliveries came through with the wrong books in it so I phoned them and they are sending out the correct books but didnt ask for the others back, I like their customer services :D

CAFC - I often found that the prices of puschairs would stay low for ages and then fly up aty the last minute. If your OH doesnt like 3 wheelers then there is a 4 wheel buzz, or I can recommend a Mura that also comes in 3 or 4 wheel versions :D

Can't remember who was asking about baby hats scarfs etc but got a lovely set for T (hat, scarf and mits) at the weekend from Matalan for £3.

3 - LOL at the chicken breast incident.

I still haven't found my keys...they're not in a usual place this time. :(

Did V put them in the freezer? ;)

The day that I went back to work after my holiday I had the BIGGEST strop about losing my keys - I could remember Benjamin playing with them kissing the 'babba' on the keyring before we went away. I tipped out all the toy boxes, the toy food, went through the fridge, checked the washing machine and tumble dryer - looked EVERYWHERE - and at the same time shouting up the stairs at hubby who refused to come down and help me search because 'he didn't know where they were' (). I was fuming!

    Then I found them....in my handbag :o

Doh! Are we still blaming baby brain?

I text MIL this morning to remind her i'm keeping V on Wednesday to go to see the monkeys. It's a good job she told me it's next week or i'd have been there on my own. :o

I will go and check the freezer, and will ask V in the morning. Here's me blaming J, when I don't actually know if it was him this time.

Som - they said they were glad I complained coz they've reviewed the packaging.....let's wait and see lol. I wasn't too bothered as they were just for T but I'd have been annoyed if they were a prezzie. I was more bothered that the 2nd book was badly dented where the circle of the buggy book had pressed right into it. It put me off wanting to use them for presents again so I'm glad they've sorted it. I've got a couple of friends with babies younger than T who I know will appreciate them whether they're damaged or not :)

  • Did anyone else see this on Mothercare and think of Izzy?

LOL - I saw a ladybird costume in there the other day and thought of Izzy (and wished I had a girl!)
