That was my Mums thinking too - he obviously didn't fancy chicken for tea.

I still haven't found my keys...they're not in a usual place this time.

Thanks again guys - as always just posting on here makes me feel a little bit better. I know he will grow out of it and before long I will be moaning that he won't go to bed. I think it is the stropping that is getting me down as much as anything. I didn't mind the 7pm bedtime when it was an hour of solid quality time until 7...at the moment it is 30 mins of fun and 30 mins of awful hassle and screaming Tonight was particularly bad too


I pick him up at about 5.20 most nights but :shhh: don't tell work!!

Susan I thought your letter was very well written and I can't think of any way to improve it. I'm sorry again for the way you were treated and I very much hope your letter can change things for other people in the future.

I'm very sorry for all the hospital stories. It's not fair that people be put in such situations when they are already distressed. I have had a couple of occasions in different hospitals where I have been treated in a way which made my experience worse and I don't understand why it has to be like that.

MFD no ideas on keeping Benjamin awake I'm afraid. Will your new job be any better for finishing a little earlier?

I really ought to be packing now as we leave first thing in the morning.

oh dear 3. Not sure what to suggest. A would hide them in the washing machine or the washing basket - but I'm guessing it was J that hid them and not V. Perhaps L has ieas about a car for her birthday/christmas as well as a horse etc.....:D

V hid my phone in the freezer a couple of weeks ago! But she was very good and went and got it when I asked where it was. Hopefully they'll turn up soon, unlike my ipod that disappeared for two years before turning up on J's window ledge!
