kindof, did you get that Maxi Cosi rear-facing seat in the end?

Am having another "fed up of lugging an infant carrier about" moment but Rhys (still!) isn't big enough to go in a forward-facing seat :( (and I don't like the way the Britax moves when rear-facing to that's not an option).

elle - just yesterday I was reminicing about the infant maxi-cosi isofix for ease of moving a sleeping baby! Isn't it funny! (excuse my spelling!)

Beenie dislikes wallpapering. My window negotiating looks pretty good though :D Especially for it being a full length sheet with awkwardness. I am using plain paper and will paint it, so everytime i mess up i tell myself it's ok cos the paint will cover it bahahaha.

And OMG how cold is it?? I really want to put the heating on but i can't bring myself to do it. Keep forcing the dog not to move off my legs she's nice and warm.

I am needing a new car seat but am tempted to order it from Halfords so they'll fit it and it's less to pay out off my card. Cos you have to go and collect the points instore by a certain time don't you? And i rarely go to Boots so am likely to forget :o
I can't really afford it atm though, am fuming with BatsardFace. Clearly i won't be getting anymore money off him. He's paid me a bit, twice. But i'd quite like to know it's coming every month not when he decides he wants me back and so will pay. OMG i hate him. He knows the money was for a car seat aswell.

What's the difference between the Britax Eclipse and First Class anyway? I want it to recline, and be comfy :p Eclipse is cheaper and they both look the same to me.

Yeah, can't deny it's good for carrying him into the house sleeping (though he seems to have stopped sleeping in the car these days - probably in protest after our recent driving holiday!). But ours (SX one) doesn't have a base so it's strapped in every time and I move it between cars three days a week when Rhys goes to my mum's. If I'd have known he was going to be in it this long, I'd have bought another one  But don't want to spend another £115 on something that's going to last only a little while longer (*hoping for a growth spurt soon!*)

Not yet, we hot a cushion insert for his head and he seems happier in the graco one, but we are still going to buy that one, in laws are paying for it for us, which is really nice of them, we haven't bought it yet cos the mother care woman said we didn't need it yet as E is ok in the one we have till his head reaches the top, or until he can sit up for 30 mins on his own, although that was just for him to face forward and this one faces backwards doesn't it hmm lol
I think we should get it soon, cos last time we got him weighed 2 weeks ago he was nearly 20 lbs and its getting hard lifting him in his graco one

It's sooooooo cold I've had to put heating on, and I've had ton put some booties on Elliot, the only ones that fit him are his 9-12 month Christmas ones we got him lol, although they lasted 3 mins approximate before he has kicked them off lol

Question re feeds on hols we are going to the lakes in two weeks and i am all confused about what to do with elliots bottles, how will I sterilise them?? And how will i heat his milk up without a microwave?? Someone suggested making his bottles up like normal minus a oz of water then when he wants a bottle boil kettle and add the oz of water and it should make it warm for him??

The main issue is i don't know how to sterilise his bottles

Michelle, don't worry about mixed feeding. Really. You're doing what your baby's telling you she needs :grouphug:

Often if Molly's super stressing about something I put her in the big bath and hop in and feed her in there. The water seems to soothe her.

Now I need to change and dress the beastie so we can go to Gymboree and then to start Party Weekend 2010!!!!!!! I'm going to do the BF survey first though :)
