MCO Capital loan

The other 2 addresses - Warwick and Bressenden Place are in earlier posts on this forum and the Bressenden one is also given out by Action Fraud when they give you a Crime Reference number - anad AF tell you that that Bressenden PLace address is the one that MCO have asked AF to tell us about!!
Precisely! If the addresses are given by MCO, don't contact them. If AF have been given the address by MCO don't use it. Only use the registered address at Imperial House, it's the only address on PUBLIC RECORDS.0 -

I'm puzzled as to why we should ignore Action Fraud advice (after all they are in partnership with the National Fraud Investigation Branch) when we know (from an earlier post) that the Imperial House address is not an MCO office - last time a fellow poster visited it, there was no sign of MCO name and reception had a pile of mail for MCO waiting to be picked up. I have posted my 3rd letter to Bressenden Place address having already sent letters to the other 2 addresses!!! Cover all bases!!:o0 -

I've read so much I can't tell you where I saw it, but ...... hasn't somebody noted the Imperial House address as the location of the MCO (seemingly well rated) accountants? Not unusual for accountants to act as accommodation/Public Records address.
Oldbloke is doing a terrific job, suspect he has it right here, particularly as the direct communications from MCO or helploan emails are still referring people there.
Actually, is this another line of attack? If the accountants are a genuine, honest (used in the broadest sense of the word when discussing accountants), company, perhaps a few enquiries to them might start a few more people sweating about the implications?0 -
I've got a CRN now too. Via the AF website.
Intrum Justitia must have a view as to how they are going to make any money from their involvement with MCO in all its guises. Are there any real defaulters? How did they get their loan money and where from? Plod should have a word with IJ asap. I, for one, would be delighted if the pettifoggers that are IJ didn't get paid for all their letters and ended up having to jump through beaureaucratic hoops. I may just ring them again for a bit of sport!
I am going to write to my MP suggesting that the Estonian cap on loan interest rates has proved very effective and should be adopted here.0 -
Re earlier post by andanotherone above here's what MCO have changed from

TO
http://www.intrum.co.uk/
Why is the first contact about this alleged loan received from debt collectors and not from MCO themselves????0 -

I believe that the whole intent of MCO and their cohorts (Intrum etc) is to confuse and spread the blame.
That said, the address issue is totally confusing - and, at the end of the day, all the addresses come from MCO!!! The sooner the NFIB sheds some light on this whole morass the better0 -
Believe me geomacl,
THE ONLY PUBLIC RECORD ADDRESS IS AT IMPERIAL HOUSE.
I've provided the public record information on MCO. It is, as I posted yesterday, a NON-TRADING DORMANT company.
If addresses are being given out by MCO, don't use them. I have searched and searched for information on MCO that doesn't involve visiting their website or AF, and can find no other address for them.
Who's to say that their website is legitimate. When I put their website address into my web browser, I got an alert about an invalid security certificate. I HAVEN'T AND WILL NOT LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE, and that is why I can't find any other valid address other than Imperial House.
THINK ABOUT IT. Identity theft is not all about the individual.0 -

Don't go down that route. The auditors are a well respected company and I do not believe that they know anything about this.0 -

I do not doubt you for one minute and I fully respect your input. Your input has been impressive However, I sent my first letter to MCO (Imperial House) on the 18th Sept - no response. Second letter on 25th Sept to Warwick and third letter (today) to Bressenden Place - reckon I've got all bases covered??0 -
