Yes I think anyone in Scotland today deserves double if not triple drinks rations - will this snow ever stop????

Yes Global Warming is surprisingly cold isn't it. Probably why they tend to call it Climate Change now. It means you have to pay "Green" taxes whichever way the temperature goes!
