Tricked into getting a Debenhams credit card, are employees on commission?

Having worked in retail for years I never once got any commission for any store cards opened. We had to push them though to meet targets from management.

I can assure you that debenhams used (i.e. 3/4 years ago ) pay commission on cards being open by customers

The sales assistants do not get commission as such but are under HUGE pressure to sell these cards to customers and are given targets which they must achieve if they want to stay employed-have a relative that works there and she hates this part of her job as she is aware how financially they can be a nightmare but she needs her job so has little choice in the matter.:(

I went into Boots today, preparing myself for winter, and would you believe, no boots on sale anywhere.
The worst people for this scam are Body Shop.
They never have a size ten in stock.
Who can I report these blaggers to, please?
