He probably just dialled a random local number. Some people are daft like that.
I've had loads of daft calls and I'm ex directory too. I won a underwear competition once, I thought it was completely legit until he asked me my bra size!
I'll look out for Luther then. I only watch one programme atm which is The Apprentice, it'll be nice to watch something else decent.I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
I would recommend it Iris. We are hoping to catch up on our Spooks DVD's while we are away as caravan has flat screen tv with dvd and we can watch it when DD goes to bed. Also means I can sell them when we come back!
I have just spent a fortune in Mr S £93  I did have a £6 off voucher but it was still far too much but in theory should feed us for a while (including breakfast, lunches and snacks while we are away) and I did buy armbands for DD and a box of wine for DH. Somehow I don't think I will earn enough on surveys today to make it a money neutral day
DD is in nursery till 2pm (probably why I managed to spend so much on food, shopping alone was liberating!) and I planned to cut the lawns while she was there. I don't think I have the energy though so will finish my coffee then hang the washing out.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Was hoping for a stress free day after reading yesterday that baby is at the developmental stage where he can read emotions and feel my stress. Unfortunately DD has been really hard work since I picked her up! She screamed to stay in nursery and it took me ages to get her strapped in her car seat. Then when she calmed down at home she wee'd on the kitchen floor (she did this morning aswelll). This is totally out of character for her, she has been dry in the day since March and I doubt it was due to not being able to 'hold on'.
I'd bought stuff to make cakes but we will do that tomorrow instead if she is in a better mood. I think I should do some packing for holiday too as I think most things are bought now. Also need to check out the weather forecast - please let it be promising!
Money making for today - 70 points on mysurvey - how pitiful!
Tried bingoport but once again didn't get credited for making posts on the forum. Might try going through a different browser just for that.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Do you think it could be a reaction to the baby?
It's just that my friend is due in August, she has a little girl who is going to be 3 in December (so similar age) and she has been having toilet trouble and she thinks it could be not having the control with other changes. They are also about to move house as well, nd she's starting at a different nursery in Sept so it is all go.
My DD definitely does weeing to order for effect, attention seeking little madam that she is:rotfl:OPs so far £42,139

Cath was it you who was after a Cath Kidson sewing basket? Just wondered :whistle:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I do think it could be to do with the new baby and her not being a baby anymore. She is fiercely independent but very cuddly and affectionate. Lately it's little things like wanting to wear a bib which she's not done for a long time.
We escaped a wet bed just in time last night, she is waking for a wee but not shouting us I think.
Gallygirl it was Newgirly after a sewing basket although I think IrisBlue likes them too. Thanks for thinking of me though.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Had 2 pairs of Clarkes shoes ending on ebay this morning. One didn't sell and the other sold for £1.30! Ebay is so not my thing!
Got a NEXT order I need to submit and was hoping to find a free delivery code on this site and it seems there aren't any.
I can't believe it's July already. Mortgage payment goes out today so can update sig tomorrow.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
DD had a wet bed again, not sure why she's doing it as I know she can hold her bladder and has a wee before bed. I don't want to get in the habit of sitting her on the toilet late evening as that just trains their bladder to wee at that time instead of improving contol.
Change is unsettling her, nothing to be done but extra cuddles. Try "Topsy and Tim and the new baby" or similar?I won a underwear competition once, I thought it was completely legit until he asked me my bra size!
