    Sounds yummy.

All housework and jobs done. It's amazing what 2 pairs of hands and no little person around enables you to get done! I have re-washed all the cot bedding etc so that just needs hanging out but I think I am going to sit outside and read my book for a little while. :)

I really want to get DD a smallish trampoline with safety net. Have looked in Argos and the only one I like is out of stock. Just wondering where else to try?

No money making done today - maybe later. Although I did put a cheque in the bank for £30 I had been sent for selling some of DD's clothes. That is accounted for though as I need to pay £30 for some clothes I am having off a colleague. I do actually think baby has enough stuff to last his first 18 months though! :)

Had a lovely afternoon, picked DD up and at first she decided she was too tired to go strawberry picking but by the time I came out of Mr S (after buying strawberries) she decided she did want to go and she absolutely loved it! She has not been keen on strawberries so far and will eat them with persuasion! However, she devoured 3 before I had chance to stop her and it could have been a lot more while we were going round picking them! :D

Sold some more clothes which are being collected tomorrow and I am going to post some others to a friend.

I don't think I've done a single survey today and today wasn't exactly a NSD as I returned from the garden centre with 2 strawberry plants - wish me luck with those! DD seemed quite excited about us growing our own. I told her our garden would be like 'Mr Bloom's nursery' (those with young children will understand this!) :)

Think I might make some strawberry pavlovas in a bit and watch tv with DH. I've been feeling quite stressed, grumpy and snappy the last few days. I hope it's just pregnancy hormones. :(

Nursery looking fab, I love newly decorated rooms for how clean they look. Just need joiner to repair the cotbed which hopefully will be arranged by the end of this week. Bedding and curtains have a date with my iron - this will be delayed as I hate ironing! Want to get a nice light fitting so may scour amazon as I have vouchers to use (received almost £5 from TCB for there today - they are really slow processing the vouchers) and also some wall decs.

Can also sell my old travel system once I have the new car seat so that will create some space under the stairs and some cash of course.

My mum promised me some money towards the pram etc but isn't in the position to now after lending my brother money (he has been out spending since and didn't go to work the next day due to a hangover and can't pay it back) and paying £150 for my sister's pram (who has never worked a day in her life). Isn't that always the way?

No wonder your feeling stressed and grumpy Mrs. Slow down! Remember to take time out for you. You seem to do loads.

I bet the strawberry picking was fun. It's been years since I last went ..probably 18 and I still remember it now. It was so much fun.

The nursery sounds like its coming along nicely. Will we see pictures? :)

I think I try to do too much at once and then get stressed about it. DH is very good and does soooo much but I have been snappy with him which I hate being.

Will definitely be putting pics on facebook - not sure how to put them on here?

This afternoon was fun, DD got into it straight away and was delighted with her finds. Have pics to put on facebook of today but the photos were taking forever to upload so that can wait till tomoro.

Quickly advertised some pj's and wall stickers on selling page and they seem to have sold for £5. Have someone coming round in the morning to pick them up. Decluttering is so much more fun when people give you money to take things from your house.

Am trying to get DD to choose some wall stickers for her room so she doesn't feel left out. I have been recommended the site wallglamour.co.uk and I am just spoilt for choice! I like the noah's ark theme for the nursery as it will fit in with the zebra themed bedding. DD wants peppa pig but I think she'll outgrow it quickly so was hoping she'd choose fairies or butterflies.

Have just eaten homemade strawberry pavlova - it was delicious!

Us women are all stressheads who do far too much.

To put photos on here I put them on photobucket first although if they are ones I don't want all to see then I do it on FB.

The pavlova sounds lovely. I've never made one myself, must try it though.

I'll second that. We set ourselves such ridiculously high targets then get disappointed when we don't achieve it all :(

I think we all need to step back and chill from time to time :)

But then we work twice as hard to catch up on what we've missed whilst we've been chilling ;)

Hope you're feeling a little better this morning. We do far too much as a gender, it's no wonder we're snappy and moody half the time.

A new day. Am feeling good despite the weather being unpredictable! DD is her wonderful self apart from constantly taking ice cream out of the freezer and me repeatedly putting it back!

I now have my new car seat and have decided against buying the adaptors as they will probably cost another £40 and if I don't buy them I can save/overpay the money in my paypal account. It's a maxi seat so I'm hoping it's fairly easy to fit in the car. Have 2 items ending on ebay soon, i has a bid the other has no interest!

Have done a few surveys on onepoll :jand think I'm up to about £37 on there. Up to £37.75 on yougov (that has taken me about 2 years). Toluna officially don't like me, I keep getting screened out.

    Just had a strange phonecall

man 'I don't know who i'm talking to but i've just picked up this phone in town and this is the first number that came up' (my home phone)
    me 'my name's Cath'
man 'oh yeah, it says Cath'

I don't recognise the number tho - how odd. I have arranged to pick it up but I feel suspicious. I think that's after watching Luther last night! Just wondering if I should send DH when he comes home instead of me going with DD? I shouldn't be suspicious of someone obviously doing a good deed but I just think it's odd that I don't know the number especially if my number was the first to come up.

    Any thoughts?

I'd send Hubby! But I'm a wimp and totally cynical of everyone.
