Made another Tilly tidy of 46p so spreadsheet is due an update.

Spent some time in the garden this morning. Bought a load of reduced bedding plants this week so they are now all planted apart from a few more geraniums. Have just been to buy two courgette plants (going to grow in a pot this year) and also went strawberry picking. The weather was glorious on the drive back, then it clouded over, tried to rain and now the sun is trying to come back out. Very strange weather today but I want to finish the garden so will just have to make the best of it. I just hope everything thrives now especially the sweet peas as I'm really late planting those.

Pretty much at target weight but still losing about 1.5lb a week without any sacrifices. Not hungry and even managed to get some gin into my macros yesterday!

Waiting on a decoration quote and patio is scheduled for next weekend so that will make a huge difference as the area around the extension has become a bit of a dumping ground.

Did suggest to dh that we can watch the film of a book I've recently read tonight and as it's only a short film can also watch some of our programmes. Silly me forgot there are 4 football matches on today!

Going to finish my coffee, finish the garden and then read my book. Can feel the need for a nap.

Hehe, is DH having a good day with the football then?

Well done on the weight loss, sounds like it's going well. Have you got a particular target in mind?

Thankfully for me he didn't watch them all and we did get to watch the film. Not a patch on the book, always the way isn't it. NO particular target, just going to keep going until I am really happy with what I see in the mirror. Happy at the moment but now I have educated myself I know I can get a much better physique. Want to build a bit of muscle as I sometimes look a bit scrawny on my top half. No booze last night but did have a lovely elderflower drink from @ldi and added some raspberries and blueberries to it, delicious and came close to not missing the gin!

Went out for a walk this morning and although it was cloudy it stayed dry. DH and I answered a survey at home this week so have £20 of vouchers on the way for that, 50p on youg0v yesterday aswell. Also did some calculations and am tempted by a 10 year fix on the mortgage. Our current rate ends March 2019 and we are on 2.99% Th 10 year fix is 2.49% gives us an end date of January without extra overpayments (12 months earlier than original end date, I will be 46). Our standard repayment would be £700 so could definitely make overpayments on this to knock more months off. Would be good to be able to pay it off before dh is 50, I will be 44. Any earlier than that will be a huge bonus.

Have been liaising with two companies to do our patio. The first has got back to me and can do work tomorrow which is £90 cheaper than the other company. Have moved all of the tat that has been left in that part of the garden and weeded it the best I can in preparation. In theory, I should come home to a completed patio :j

Will transfer the money out of savings ready for the patio which will also keep the account ticking over for a few days. Bought a ticket for an event today so need to pay that off the credit card before I forget about it!

Hope you're having a good weekend, I'm feeling ready for a nap which is nicely timed for the next match due to start! I can never sleep but the idea is nice.

Quick update from me as need a fairly early night.

62p Tilly tidy today. Patio work done, looks great and was the cheaper quote at £350. Have friends willing to help us out with holiday childcare too which is brilliant. Missed sports day today so they lessens some of the guilt of having to take them to school holiday club all summer!

10k steps hit, 10 minutes of weights (compound exercises) and Macros all hit. A colleague told me I look athletic today, I will take that compliment!

Watered all the plants but secretly hoped for rain. We had some shocking clouds but no rain. The lawn could really do with it especially as it is now covered in patio pavers dust!

£350 seems a good price cath. Did you decide on a ten year fix? I looked at those when the first became available years ago but didnt quite have the courage to lock in incase we moved. :)

Yes it was a good quote, was only to finish it off around the extension though. It looks great though and instead of being wasteground makes the garden seem so much bigger.

I think I will opt for a 10yr, just need to see how soon I can secure the deal, probably September? Rates are much better for the 5 year fix though so could do with doing some comparison calculations. Just be nice to know what our rate is to see is to the end of that mortgage.

Does feel good being on the final stretch though doesn't it.

Quick update from me. Not a lot happening but it is almost payday! Extra £20.14 in wages so have sent that to the mortgage.

Had a couple of sets of good news today, all will be revealed in due course :D I managed a NSD as gave dd an old syle pound coin without realising so she unfortunately couldn't use it! I do plan to make a relatively large payment to cc this month as it is creeping up. I do keep checking tcb put no payments due so our wages will have to do!

Main goal of tomorrow morning is not to press the snooze button for 45 minutes so that |I can actually get things done before work!

Wow, what a week! Friday has been a long time coming.

Payday today but no time for the money shuffle. I!!!8217;ve paid for the patio (£350) but that is it.

Have an early start tomorrow but at some point I need to......

Do money shuffle, pay cc and send over payment
Sent ticket money to credit card
Book spa day for two friends and me
Drill holes in planter and plant up jasmine plant (if I thought it would survive I would go and get another!) just need to get some more compost in the morning too.
Browse dresses for click and collect at Mr S
    Clean the house
Go to football tournament (this is the early start!)

The rest of this evening will be spent resisting gin. I do have a glass of elderflower fizzy drink with frozen berries though so not feeling too deprived!

All should be revealed in due course Apple.

Can't sort out the money shuffle as Hally banking appears to be down. I can't even access my accounts at the moment. I resisted gin and the elderflower drink was perfectly acceptable. Problem with adding gin is that it still tastes like elderflower and goes down too quickly! I had hoped to bounce out of bed full of energy but had to drag myself out at 8:20am. DH has taken dd to the tournament and I will follow with ds after getting through some of the jobs list. So far, washing machine is on and I am on my 2nd cup of coffee (not decaff!)

Going to strip the beds and blitz through some tidying whilst Hally sort themselves out. Have a super sunny Saturday!
