Midwife put me back 3 days too, due October 11th now and i think that's making me psychologically fatigued!

Spooky, my due date with DD was Oct 11th too - although she came on the 9th ;). You must be knackered, I remember struggling to keep my eyes open at this stage!

Well done on the amazon sale.

ETA: I second the ginger biscuits, and lemon and ginger tea. I had to drink so much of it, even 9 years later i can't stand the smell of it as it reminds me of morning sickness!

How lucky were you not getting to due date,i went 8 days over with DD but they had put me forward a week at my dating scan. She was just long i think and weighed 9lb 10.5oz so I am expecting another big one!

Am feeling sick in the morning which subsides if i eat, am actually reassured by it as it is a good sign of a healthy baby.

My car has gone to the garage this morning so hoping it's not a costly repair. Am just having a quiet morning before work,i could honestly sleep right now!

Anyway, must get on and try and make some money from surveys etc. Have listed a few more things on Amazon this morning too.

I do feel like we had a lucky escape,it's my friend's boyfriends garage and the labour charge was minimal. Am going back to the docs later, chest not good.

I have a serious craving for lasagne! been like it for days. Was so much easier last time around as we would just keep going out for meals!

Kind of explains my weight problems now as i still have such a sweet tooth.
Michelle, have you tried using cinnamon rather than sugar and low GI products like agave syrup to sweeten things like baking and porridge? Might help with the weight loss whilst satisfying that craving for sweetness.

  • I use cinnamon in baking and mixed spice. I just eat too much. I need to not eat the sweet stuff, or the savoury stuff, or the cheese, or the choccies, and drink a few less glasses of wine.

    Basically get some self control.

Oooooh - lasagna. I could make that if only i had some lasagna sheets in. Might add that to the list for next time i go shopping. :D

lol, no odd cravings here! not really eating that well which doesn't help the nausea. Treated myself to some fresh fruit from the deli at Mr S. but the price was shocking!

I'd honestly forgotten how bad the tiredness was too. Just worked 4 shifts and have 6 hours tomorrow, 12 sunday and 6 monday! Soooo ready for my day off!
