Thanks dfod, its a good feeling having savings even if its only temporary!

It's going really well muser, am really committed to it and starting to see results already!

Not much financial news,it's all about surviving the next 12 days until payday! Haven't done anything with Hally rewards yet and need to check current accounts OK. We had an expensive month finding £550 for holiday on top of normal architect savings.

Still awaiting plans from architect, I got dates mixed up so it should hopefully be this weekend. :)

Decided not to renew mr s delivery pass at £30 due to not shopping there much. However they sent a £10 off code and since I am going there more now for ingredients I can't get in @ldi it seemed like a bargain. Also changed payment card from t3sco to current account to reduce temptation and stop cc increasing again!

    Morning!

Haven't had chance to come on here much this week and am behind with so many diaries.

The stressful working week thankfully flew by, we have no plans for the weekend and I intend to relax.dh is working overtime again tomorrow but it works out well as he does a few hours whilst I take the children swimming. Dh is coming on brilliantly now he has progrrssed to stage 2 :)

Spending a little more on food than we usually do due to my new plan and spending about £5 a week just on yoghurt! Its working though, I'm not overweight and have still lost 6lbs in 2 weeks and I've eaten the most delicious food!

    June spends

    Food. £192.84
    Petrol £90

Some of the before and after pictures on the bc website are unbelievable! His food looks gorgeous just looks a lot of prep? How are you finding fitting in the exercise?

Hi muser, you do get used to the prep and I'm just planning a few days meals at a time as I bought too much in the first week. I exercise in the mornings at the weekend and then 3 days a week as soon as I get in from work.

Those are my rest days too Helen, fits best around the mon-fri slog and children's activities.

Thanks mg, it seemed to take forever. Currently waiting for the architect plans, once have those can get quotes and make mortgage application.

Still can't access y0ug0v which is annoying. 8 days until payday and I feel like we are continually borrowing money' back from the savings. So far siphoned money for a night out for dh he is repaying through overtime, food and deposit for a DJ we have booked for dh birthday. Have sorted childcare too so that plan is finally coming together.

8 days until payday and no huge expenses due but do need to tackle the cp balance. Also realised we definitely need to keep to £500 for food and fuel. Any surplus can go into holiday savings.
