Thanks for all the birthday wishes :)

Not much to report apart from a 71p Tilly tidy, £4.88 mini shop and dh having a broken car! It sounds like it may be the brakes but all was fine when checked recently. Its frustrating as we plan to get a newer car when the extra mortgage borrowing is sorted out as don't want to take on extra debt or commit to any payments right now. Dh hoping to get it into a garage tomorrow to be looked at.

Am being good tonight and on the fizzy water after a day of healthy eating. Wonder if I can do the whole month vino free?

    Thanks bookworm.

Had a nice day off today, ran almost 6 miles this morning then went to the garden centre with my mum. Got everything I wanted except blueberry plants as refused to pay £15 each!

Found £1 coin on my run so have Tilly tidied an extra £1 to t3sco card. Wasn't so disciplined spending £8 on wine though! Was going to resist and got a bottle of fizzy water ready but dh has poured me wine. What's a girl to do?

Hoping for a sunnier day tomorrow so can get in the garden and plant sweet peas and courgettes. Ds raked the raised bed so I will need to re-sow lettuce seeds!

Planning a productive day despite caving in and having 2 glasses of wine last night.

Had a 100 point survey on y0ugov so edging closer to payout on there.

Lawns cut by dh yesterday so garden looking good and am planning to spend quite a bit of time out there today. Workout done this morning so only the boring task of cleaning downstairs windowns, frames and doors as did the polishing at 7:30am!

Small top up shop needed but with payday a long way off we need to be frugal.

What a glorious day! I spent most of it in the garden and even finished the last few chapters of my book. Its a rare treat for me to be able to read in the daytime.

Productive day in the garden too, weedkiller sprayed, planted up my new sweet pea planter so hoping they will look fabulous and I'll have lots of cuttings to bring inside. Planted more lettuce and rocket seeds as well as the two courgette plants I bought yesterday. If we get a good crop I mmight be tempted to get a spiraliser to add into salads. I usually take a salad each day to work so would definitely get used. Dh has batch cooked a lasagne which will feed us for a couple of days.

Spent an enjoyable hour in the park with the children. I feel so relaxed after being outside all day and should have topped up my vitamin d as have caught the sun.

Top up food shop done in @ldi and c0-0p - £18.89 and £9.37 which should last us all week :)

Also tried to cancel B*T and this time they didn't try to keep my business. Instead they justified the cancellation charges when I was trying to clarify contract end date. However I was told I can't cancel it and only the new provider can. Will probably move over to 0rang3 as they have offered me a deal which currently saves me £16 a month!

Bit of a rubbish stressful day! Added to that, dh car repairs will cost about £300.

£45 to last 6 days and need to find money for repairs from next months budget.

    25p on y0ugov today!
