Not planning too much today. We all got up at 6am when dh got up for his overtime shift. I usually try and do a longer workout on a Sunday morning but still not feeling brilliant and throat sore and spotty.

However, I have stripped children's beds and that washing is on the line. Will have time to put out all the cushion covers from the sofas before we leave for swimming. Realised whilst giving the sofa a good hoover we really need a new one. This one was second hand and all the springs have gone. Children also coming out of bouncing off sofa and den building with cushions phase!

Practically we will need to get a new one before we do the extension as last time we needed to take it through the back and around through another door as no turn in space in the hall!

Quiet day planned now, have cancelled Mr s delivery pass and accounts looking like they will survive until Tuesday. Going to resist spending £10 at co0p to use up a £1 voucher when we don't actually need anything.

Have a good day everyone, hope the sun stays out and the cool breeze drops.

I asked for too much! Ds was particularly challenging.

Well we survived until pay week! Has a realisation thast although we have a regular standng order for mortgage op (£300 fromm June) I can make separate payments to the mortgage account. Was reading on someone's diary that FD offer text alerts so will ring to check mpsyment credited correctly and see if I can have text alerts? Hoping this means we can make smaller more regular op's on top of the regular one.

Hoping this increases motivation and keeps knocking the months off.

Thanks moneyfordreams, need to get the ball rolling with the architect once the paperwork arrives.

Cb has hit account so 33p Tilly tidy to cc and accounts will be OK until payday.

50p on y0ugiv so at £42.50 on there. That £50 cheque is going as an extra mortgage OP.

Catching up. late but congratulations on planning permission
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

FD text alerts are great. I set it for every Sunday morning, and this makes me aim for at least 1 OP per week. Great motivation and slightly makes up for not being able to see mortgage balance online.

    Thanks warty.

I am going to ring after work Jimmy to check payment credited correctly and ask for text alerts.

28p tilly tidy made to cc, £14 spent on a small food shop so spends around £92 so far this month! No paperwork from the council yet so hoping that arrives this week.

Well my sore throat has turned into a full blown head cold, very annoying as I don't get ill, have no desire to exercise and keep eating rubbish!
