Quick update from me.
50p on y0ugov yesterday so now at £43. Rang FD to check £1 extra op had credited which it had but I was also told they don't do text alerts on my mortgage. Seems you only get the perks of online viewing etc if you have an offset mortgage.
Accounts looking OK and have £100 I need to pay off t3sco to go towards car expenses but will wait until dh wages are in tomorrow.
Ds has had his first experience of vomiting so I am off to work a very tired mummy and dh will finish work to look after him. He seems fine now so hope he's over it.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Ah, I'm late to the update - fantastic news in regards to the planning permission - you must be thrilled. Do you have any ideas at the moment as to when the work will start?0

Another 150 point son y0ugov yesterday thanks to a 2 minute survey.
Made a couple of Tilly tidies to cc which totalled about £1
Dh got paid yesterday, wages are wrong again and his payslip is a mystery. Hopefully it will get sorted next week when payroll team around.
Worked out I have sent too much to bills account as 8ky bill reducing sooner than I though :j that's £30 I need to find a use for. I want to overpay it but it might be put to better use on 0% card or t3sco. Dh has reminded me he owes me £30 towards the clothes I had for my birthday so that can also get paid off.
£14.13 on a weekend food shop, we had various t3sco vouchers which meant £9.50 off food shop. Am actually surprised how cheap some items were but that is in comparison to Mr S.
Quiet weekend planned and hopefully catch up on a few diaries.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Thanks lulabelle. It took 3 months and felt like it was never going to happen. Architects have been in touch and next stage plans will take 3 weeks. I am quite surprised we don't need to be involved with these plans. Am hoping builders quotes would take 2-3 weeks and then we can apply for funds and building regs at the same time. From a processes view I think this takes us to mid August so be good to start September if possible so that we are done for Christmas.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -

Hi RT, I'll put photos on Fb, haven't worked out how to post them on here. Sat with dh yesterday bworking out where we will put table, piano, sofas etc. We are going to have a large L shaped kitchen/diner/family room in addition to snug, lounge, utility and downstairs shower room. Hoping to have room for an american fridge freezer too.
My wages are in and its my first month of no childcare deductions. Think its been my largest pay ever! :j all money shuffled and only two small bills left to pay. Washing on the line, children behaving beautifully after having a family meeting yesterday! Right, think I'm ready for the week ahead!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
