If she didn't have her heart set on it (yes she's only 2 but everytime we mention christmas she says 'my car') i wouldn't have been so determined to get it! Her face will be a picture. I think your girls will love the trampoline,my DD would be quite jealous! It's a shame they can't share their toys with each other!

Tbh, I have probably forgotten a fair bit of what we have already bought her anyway!

We still have £50 sainsburys vouchers and a similar amount worth of points so can send less to the food account this month to try and recoup some of what we have spent!

Yay for finding the car, and lovely idea to go out for lunch on xmas day. I plan on doing that one year.

Mine have got a trampoline and love it. Me less so when they make me get on with them. :rotfl:

Really good for tiring them out when they need it.

We have too much for the garden to be honest. Big tractor, police coupe car, small and large trampoline, basketball set, garden croquet set, small slide, and then the new climbing frame we will get them. I prefer that to inside stuff though as as least i can just chuck it back in the shed.

Pam i do exactly that! Really need to start wrapping soon but it's harder to hide wrapped presents!

Thanks Yukkibear, we went out for lunch when i was about 16 and tbh it wasn't the same but we are going with our best friends who have a 6 and 2yo so think it will feel very christmassy. Early sitting too so can visit my mum before we go and spend time there when we get back. I feel very lucky to be off christmas day and hopefully will be off all of next year!

Michelle, the boys ae going to love their new climbing frame. We have a little tikes jungle climber and playhouse but don't venture into the garden much from october-march!

Have been lookinf for car insurance quotes, both cars due for renewal next month! Prices seem to have shot up, i used to be able to insure mine for less than 200 but cheapest quote i have is about 230 at the moment grrrrr haven't even started on DH's car!! Looks like it will have to go on the CC and be paid in January.

Am looking forward to the new year and some new targets. Time to get even more focussed!!!

Fed up of sorting out the car insurance! think the best is around £550 for both cars for the year which i guess isn't too bad.

Checked my emails (something i have got very lax with!) and I have a code for Next £10 from when i voted in thebounty competition. Sure i have a free delivery code somewhere so after work today will have a look through the directory for a present. I've never looked if Next are on the cashback sites so must remember to do this.

DD sleeping much better, settled in minutes last night 6:45 right through till 7:30 but did come in with us around 1am but went straight to sleep - how good is that!!!

Next are on the cashback sites. You should have got your free delivery code when you voted in the bounty best mum. I am going to order my wedding shoes with my discount.

My car insurance had gone up as well this year, I think it's just the times.

    thanks yukkibear,

for some reason can't find my delivery code! i really need to be more organised with things like this. I am going to get a big diary (one day each page) for 2011 so i can store information better! If i can't find it will just get it delivered to the store and pick up - we are not far from the town centre so not too much of a hassle.

    How long till your wedding?

Desk Diary is a good idea. I noticed ELC and mothercare have 20% off toys today as well. OH says i should give his CC a belt as they have some nice stuff but i'm holding off. I did my wrapping a few weeks ago and I think i have more stashed away that I just havent found yet. probably in the storage unit which is being emptied same day as move day.

OK I think we might have a fate situation on the go. Just had a look at ELC and they have the limited edition cosy coupe called RUBY for £40 before 20%. DD2 is called Ruby and it was her we were looking for the car for.
