Can anyone answer me this pretty please.
I'm on this deal well £7.50 a mth it costs mebut i'm a little confused with the Unlimited Data part. I've read that really it's 500mb a month but i've checked my online billing and it says Unlimited next to Data
The reason i ask is because i've used 384mb and i don't fancy going over 500mb then get a massive bill or do they warn you before hand??0 -
Managed to finally get the offer!!!!!!!!!
Have spend a good 3-4 hours on the phone with them during the week.
turned out my address was named "The Cott" and not "The Cottage" on there system! so finally ordered the sim card!
I did say I bought one in tesco, he said it's best to wait for one to be sent and use that... should I wait till it arrives before calling o2 for the PAC code??0 -

I am currently able to upgrade my phone/plan with Vodafone but the contract does not officially end until some time next month. I've been on a really rubbish deal with them for the last 2 years - 75 minutes and 100 texts, no internet for £20pm - needless to say I always go over my text allowance!
As the contract does not officially end until next month, can I still request a PAC code?
I'm just really conscious that this offer with Tesco's finishes tomorrow and would love to at last get some sort of good deal with my phone as I always tend to lose out!
If you switch from your Vodafone contract, you'll still have to pay for it until it ends. However you don't have to port your number from Vodafone at the time you get the Tesco sim - you can do it up to six months afterwards. So...go and get a Tesco sim and just hold onto it. Meanwhile, 30 days before your contract is due to end, call Vodafone and tell them you want to give notice on your contract and request the PAC. You'll receive the PAC shortly, but you have 30 days in which to use it. Wait until a few days before the end of your Vodafone contract before you give the PAC to Tesco - that way, you'll minimise the time during which you're paying for both the Tesco contract and the Vodafone one.0 -
Guys to save me ploughing through 200 posts, is this in store only as I see it's £15 online, do I literally just pick up a sim instore then ring the Tesco number to register and activate.

You have to get it from a store that has a Phone Shop (i.e. doesn't just have an aisle with mobile phones in it). They will set up the contract while you're there, and then you put it in the phone of your choice and log onto the website and activate.
Remember the offer ends today (Sunday).0 -

You can ring Tesco mobile on 0845 301 4455, and sign up.
That's what I did, as Tesco with a phone store was miles away.
You'll need bank details, pen and paper and if you have a clubcard, have it to hand as well (every little helps)"We could say the government spends like drunken sailors, but that would be unfair to drunken sailors, because the sailors are spending their own money."
