I am currently able to upgrade my phone/plan with Vodafone but the contract does not officially end until some time next month. I've been on a really rubbish deal with them for the last 2 years - 75 minutes and 100 texts, no internet for £20pm - needless to say I always go over my text allowance!
As the contract does not officially end until next month, can I still request a PAC code?
I'm just really conscious that this offer with Tesco's finishes tomorrow and would love to at last get some sort of good deal with my phone as I always tend to lose out! (on the other hand my SIL always gets fab deals and only ever tells me about them once they're no longer available! lol - sure she doesn't do it deliberately!).
Thanks

I got the £6 a month one of these for my son. Received the sim within two days, and installed and activated it on his o2 phone no problem.
Now he can text 'til he drops! lol
Question - When it says offer on until 30th, will they start charging more per month after that, or is it just that the sims are selling at these prices until then?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
I phoned Virgin to get my pac code - they then offered me a better deal. However, my contract with Virgin didn't run out till 7th Nov and they were fine with changing me to the new better deal immediately.0

I asked this when I was in the shop and they told me that you'll pay this until you decide you don't want the contract anymore0 -

I have to say I have been very impressed with Virgin's customer service. Whenever I've noticed that they have a better deal for new customers on the website, they have always changed me to the new tariff when requested. Have never had to ask for PAC or threaten to leave, theyve just done it with no quibbles whatsoever.0 -

That's not my experience. I actually phoned them this past Wednesday and they didn't really offer me that great a deal. So glad I waited!0 -
I bought the £6 SIM Only Tariff (100 minutes and unlimited texts).
If I try to go on the mobile wap internet thingy, will extra money be taken from my account, or will it just not let me do it? I'm not sure how this part works :huh:I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Decided to take the pluge and go for this offer.
I am currently with 3 and pay £12 per month for 500min/text and unlimited data. Spent 45mins on the phone yesterday trying to get a pac. Lady was tying to get me to stay by offering me a package for £17 per a month. Tried to explain I was leaving to pay less not more.:(Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
Lloyds CC - £3102.54 / £3071.51
B'Card - £7615.65 / £7444.30
Bank of mom - £6000 / £6000
28/02/17 £ 19,540.17 / £16515.81 05/04/170 -

It will charge you if you use the internet.
For all the extra's you get with the £10 deal it would of been worth the £4 more.
I'd say stay with the one you've got for now but this offer ENDS tomorrow 10th.0 -
Managed to finally get the offer!!!!!!!!!
Have spend a good 3-4 hours on the phone with them during the week.
turned out my address was named "The Cott" and not "The Cottage" on there system! so finally ordered the sim card!
I did say I bought one in tesco, he said it's best to wait for one to be sent and use that... should I wait till it arrives before calling o2 for the PAC code??0
