I'd either ring or check online to confirm. I ordered mine on the 9th Sept, was told I'd have to pay from 1st Sept. However on my online account it says I'm paid till 15th Sept and minutes renew then too. Personally I think yours will be similar except you may have asked for 23rd as billing date? They are unusual in that they don't do pro-rata minutes like others do.

Question of mine: Does anyone know if this can be used with Blackberry as the data is different on them?

You need a special type of sim for Blackberrys to get all their functionality as far as I know.

The sales desk had a piece of paper sellotaped to it that she referred to - it seemed that if I connected on 2/9/10 my billing date was therefore 23/9, rather than something I chose.

Thanks for everyone's help. I anticipate everything will become clear around 23rd of this month.

yeh, and they've charged me £15 per month

    back on hold again.......................

ok, it seems they will credit £5 per month as that is the only way they can set it up as they hve only just started to match the Tesco deal.

For those who have kids who text everyone but hardly phone (unlimited calls at home) and dont use phone for internet access, they have a £6 per month deal on the website.
  • just about to move over to tesco mobile after O2 wouldnt match or move at all on my tarrif... only question I have is how much do tesco mobile charge for mms? multimedia messages? I hope they use up say 4 free messages but more likely they will be 25-30p each on top of your £10 per month... :-(

still a bargain Id say but not so good if you like to send a lot of pics!

    anybody know?

    Cheers.

  • Another thumbs up for this deal. I'm just on my 30 day notice to O2 but already signed up to the deal in case they withdrew it

Hey, I'm going to go get my iphone 4 tomorrow along with this sim only deal, but just looked on the tesco website and it says they dont sell payg iphone 4.

Would it be ok if i brought it from the O2 shop then use this sim only deal? Would they issue me with the micro sim straight away? And will I need to give them the PAK code to keep my number before i buy the sim, or can i do it after?

Sorry for all the questions :) And thanks for reading

Just ordered from Tesco today and they were happy to send me a micro-sim.
