The NSD way to a supreme September

jintyb - glad to hear you are feeling better and thanks for your advice about the train ticket, I know it's not, but I'd feel like I was cheating. I've still got plenty of time to get my other 3 NSDs in (you watch - famous last words).
DD went to the fair last night and "borrowed" £10; took her and DD2 tonight and spent another £14.00 with F&C on way home as it was way past tea time and bed time for DD2 so had to hurry. So still on 7 for me, but just wanted to come on and see how everyone was! x0 -

Evening all. No NSD for me today, but I did get my tester pot of paint to repair the bit I pulled off the wall the other week. H*mebase still didn't have it but i did come up trumps finding another local paint stockist that did (they were tucked away on a local trading estate), and it was cheaper (£3.25 instead of £3.49..or was if £3.79). Service was great too so I will deff keep the place in mind to recommend - much prefer supporting local stockists esp when the price is right. Kinda makes up for me paying double for my shoe spray at the cobblers the other week. Off to bed now as early start tomorrow. night all xxxFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Have bought the CD's now * insert super smug grin here* and coz it was after midnight it didn't even really count.
:D:D
Oh I am so getting the hang of this NSD thing now, it's about adjusting your spending so it all falls into planned places... Which actually when you're forced to think about it really helps you learn to budget. (Is working for me anyway).
Hannah, I missed both your posts last night, sorry:o:o:o
That is a brilliant summary of the NSD thread - that's what we're all striving for.
Hope you enjoy your new CDs:D:D

Lots more NSDs rolling in today and another target smashed today - well done to dopey and everyone else.:j
Congratulations - target made:
pure dead dopey: oh dear, hope your first day back at work wasn’t too painful and you managed to avoid strangling your secretary. Working from home sounds like a good option today.:T Fingers crossed for today and your target
:jAnd yay to 10 NSDs and your target today, that’s brilliant. :jYou now have a frog on a lilypad to add to your collection, hope Hubert and the aliens enjoy playing with him:rotfl:
Well done to:

:jFlickering Ember: yay to no 2, you’re doing great, keep going. Absolutely nothing pitiful about 2 NSDs - that’s 2 days out of the month when none of those nasty retailers has had any of your hard-earned dosh - something to be proud of. It gets easier with time, next month will be better for you

And hello to:
BDINI: glad you’re having a weekend off soon, you deserve it. :TYou’re right to try to do it before winter and the short days start, you won’t have the time or the energy then to start anything so good for you
Nargle: baking sounds scrummy, hope your gannets leave some for you tomorrow. Fingers crossed for no 6 tomorrow - slowly but surely is the best way, always:)
ifwishes: thanks for the group hug - always welcome:A
