No I am private, very very nervous patient. Have bitten dentists in the past and rarely get throught the visit without crying :o.

Docs was kind pants and patronising.Have to have a blood test. Its a fasting one so have to go in half term.

going to keep busy and follow fly lady. done all the down stairs fish tanks tonight.

The Secret isn't just about making a list, it's about positive thinking because positive thoughts attract more positive things. It requires you to feel and act as if you already have the things you desire. It requires you to make a vision board. I don't think the Secret book explains the whole concept very well at all, it's all a bit vague. There are other books about the law of attraction which explain it much better.

It freaks me out a bit sometimes though because it does sort of indicate that you can attract bad things by being negative and we all have bad days when we can't help feeling negative.
