my first one took about 5-10 mins, but today there was a problem with the upload, but it stated that they would upload, so not sure if it will go through.

just seen your post on the page earlier, mine was doing that as well.

not a awful lot, still happening today, so not sure if it is my computer or theirs. I did put the software onto another computer and it is happening on that as well. don't know what to do, bit of a pain in the rear:D

just had a thought, the date and time on my netbook that I use, was different ie not the time and date that it should be, was yours different and if so, did the problems start after you changed it to the correct time/date? I have amended the time and think the problems occured after this. I noticed that the files have different time & date to when it was done and not sure if this is the problem (?)

I had the exact same thing and ended up starting from scratch and doing it again....only for it to STILL get stuck

yep i put a report into their support and they came back and said they would compensate me for my feedback on the next payday so i advise you do the same
