Hi guys,
I've had three emails from Userlytics over the last few days, since installing their software last week (I had a confirmation email saying that all was ok last week).
However, yesterday and today, I can't get the software to run.
I'm on a Mac (running Leopard), and every time I try to open the 'Userlytics Studio', I get an error message telling me that I need to uninstall it / reinstall a newer version of their software.
I've now uninstalled / reinstalled Userlytics three times now to no avail!
Any advice as to how I get this to run would be most appreciated.

I find that sometimes if I have a problem with this type of thing it works if I download via IE rather than Firefox.

hi guys,
im a bit puzzled as to why i havent been paid yet,
i have my account set to 2 weekly auto paypal payments, i completed 2 tests on the 14th of september, they were approved and their status is now showing as 'ready to be paid'.
i have also completed my paypal address so it cant be that.
I emailed them this time last night to query and i still havent heard from them, they have always been very quick replying before.
so can anyone help me?! or have i just missed something!

I'm waiting to be paid on a test completed on 2nd September. Payment status has been showing as "in progress" for over 2 weeks. Emailed support Thursday last week and have had no response to date
That was the first test I undertook and have other tests in the system which I haven't been paid for yet. Not an auspicious start from my point of view.0 -

hmm yes it is a little worrying now i see im not the only one!
it seems like theyre quite quick to reply when your trying to get the software up and running but not bothered when you want to find out why they havent paid you!
I'll forward my original query with a sterner tone and see what happens, i certainly wont be doing anymore tests untill this is rectified!

I have done two tests - one on the 1st and one on the 2nd September.
I have been paid for one and not the other - no excuse really for that sort of delay.
I would imagine the clients sees your recording within a day or two of you doing it so delaying your payment by a month + is very unfair.0 -
I signed up about a week ago and have only had 1 test so far, but after I completed it, I received cofirmation that it had been accepted within 10 minutes!
I'm hoping I get some more soon!0 -

well ive finally been paid!
They replied to my 2nd email and said that i would be paid this week and ive just received email confirmation from paypal.
Blenheim and Andrea it might be worth sending them a stern email like i did and see where you get??
I passed on 2 tests aswell as i thought im not going to do anymore if im not going to get paid for it!
