The Abbey keeps chargeing me interest varying from 0.1p to £1,i have not been overdrawn,it is not a bank account and i do not have a overdraft, when i contact them, they pay it back and apologise saying there is a problem with the system,it has been going on now for over a year,it costs more in phone calls than the money taken,so ultimately makes me worse off anyhow, this is with the electron account, dose anyone else have this problem.

Basically they can't take you benefit money for overdrafts or debts, and if they have you can ask for it back !0 -
Just curious to know if this law also covers EMA payments. This is a means tested payment, payed by the government to pay for further education expenses not bank charges. Any ideas?0
