Sorry to hear the weekend wasn't good, what happened?
Thanks, Beccie.
We went away to a holiday camp (quite a famous one) and it was awful.
Sobusy you couldn't get to do anything. We had prepaid for meals and they were horrible, but I refused to not eat them as it would have been wasting money:money:
So happy to be home.
We all are. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks with Halloween and Bonfire night. My DD loves it.
But also having a new kitchen fitted (saved for) but dreading the upheaval:o

That's such a shame, could you put a complaint in?
That's not fair when a weekend away should be a good thing!
I'm really looking forward to Halloween and fireworks too, I love that more than Xmas.
Spent all weekend working on my Halloween costume as I had no pennies to go out anywhere!

I'm sure you are not incapable, jwil.
I tried to read and understand the thread but the only thing that grabbed be was the dot to dot cleaning.
Basically you pick a room and a spot (dot) that needs cleaning and tidying-you have to deal with everything in the dot (not just move it somewhere else
) then when that dot is done you pick another dot and as they join up the whole room gets done:).
I have started in my kitchen, I have done one dot and feel better already:).
I like that idea, maybe I should give that a go. Thanks!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
That's not nice about your holiday, I think you should definitely write a complaint!
I just waffle away on my diary too, so carry on if you want to!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Thanks I love all your diaries.
They are always interesting and often make me chuckle away at my lap-top.
You are all lovely
