So as some of you know This week is new kitchen week (saved for and really needed).
The last of the old kitchen is coming out today so no kitchen for over a week now:(
Life here is not going to be very MSE as will be living on ready meals (from the microwave) and take aways.
I did manage to get invited to MIL's for 2 meals this week and a friend's for Sunday roast so not too bad.:)
Was going to relist on ebay today but think it would be an extra stress so leaving it til next weekend (hoping for a free listing wekend too:))
Off to see if I can enter my gas and electric meter readings on a weekly basis now as DH 'needs' the heating on all evening:eek:

Well just a quick update.
The house is a mess due to the kitchen being done. We arehalf way there and I can see the end of the tunnel.
Can't wait to get back to normal:)
I can't concentrate on debt busting when all around me is chaos. So I have been trying to not be too spendy and just pay what is asked for on the bill.
Once the kitchen is in I can start the meal planning as I will have a fully functioning cooker and fridge freezer ( both of which have been more than a little dodgy for a about a year now) and cook ahead meals and batch cooking.
Then in a couple of weeks I am going for a day Christmas shopping just to get all the last bits.
Once that is all done I shall start the debt busting again with avengence*
So here's to the end of the tunnel and I'll catch up again soon:)Pay as much as you can in 2011- £3688.54/£6000Pay as much as you can in 2012 - £3190.96/£6000LBM - August 2010 - £19202.30Current - August 2012 - £11803.68Paid so far - £7398.620 -
Hope the kitchen goes well - it will really help with budgeting if you can meal plan and batch cook once it's doneDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0

That's good news about the kitchen, you'll probably be really inspired to get on with batch cooking and things in a nice shiny kitchen (well I would be, anyway
)

Well just to let you all know, I am still here but been so busy and very NOT MSE.
I have a lovely kitchen and appliances now. Just the painting of the walls to be done:)
From today I am going to be less spendy and try and start PADing again. PADing made a real difference to my debt busting.
Will pop back later:)Pay as much as you can in 2011- £3688.54/£6000Pay as much as you can in 2012 - £3190.96/£6000LBM - August 2010 - £19202.30Current - August 2012 - £11803.68Paid so far - £7398.620 -

Well not debt busting and that's a fact.
Kitchen is finished all but the paint on the walls - it's bought but I haven't had athe motivation, maybe this week.
Christmas present shopping has been foremost on my to do list. So that has kept me away from here as I have been trawling the internet for bargains.
All presents are bought now and awiating wrapping. I have written my cards tonight, which were bought in the sales.
So now back to the debt busting.
Unfortunately my debt increased slightly due to the purchase of some bits for the kitchen but they are not in my debt busting picture as I have funds to pay for them coming at Christmas.
So I am going to restart my signature. It's pay day on Friday so my new start begins then.
