Just so I don't forget and for those that don't have one today....this is what blue skies look like!
View from my office window over towards the city airport showing the Harland & Wolff cranes Samson & Goliath
JC - I must have gone right past your offices when I was in Belfast last month!! We went on the bus tour and saw those cranes, they are really impressive!
It's also beautiful here, I have even caught a tan today

You probably did - there's a big 'Titanic' themed mural on the corner just a few yards up the road and the tour buses come along this road.flutterbyuk25 wrote: »JC - I must have gone right past your offices when I was in Belfast last month!! Yes I remember those! Spooky! If I'd known beforehand you could have waved out of the window at me! :rotfl:

Afternoon all.
I line dry my washing or put in on the airer. I do have a TD but it;s so expensive to run so I don't use it.
Have baked twinks hobnobs & made some chocolate muffins. Also made spag bol. Am attempting to make flutterbys lentil bake. So far I have glued & burnt lentils to the saucepan.
Baby is a grizzle guts today. The sooner he's in bed, the better.
DH has taken DS1 to a non league football game.
Right, let me see what my lentils are up to. I put non burnt into another saucepan & added boiling water. Then forgot to turn on the heat. I will make this lentil bake. I WILL! :rotfl:

I am making it too, I bought a new mini whizzer and am testing out its breadcrumb making abilities. I think I am also having weezl's sweetcorn fritters. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

ohh Jackie, you're a good one to ask!
Do you have a nice veggie gravy recipe & also a veggie stuffing recipe?
Thank you hon!

Tesco's own gravy I am afraid
But it's yum! We don't eat a lot of gravy type food so its the easiest for me to use, TBH. For stuffing I tend to chuck stuff together, I am a chuck it in and see type of cook. I do like sage and onion stuffing and I usually add mushrooms, lentils and peppers to that.
So unfortunately I wasn't the good one to ask, sorry.
LameWolf would be good, she is a committed veggie too and is always making interesting sounding stuff. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window
