Fedup - any idea where I could find small bottles for bottling rosehip syrup and similar? I could do with them being not much bigger than 125ml.
I'm planning onmaking some rosehip syrup too when they appear in the hedgrow in the next few weeks
As for bottles, I always keep my Mr S cider vinegar and white vinegar bottles that I think are either 300ml or 350ml in size. Give them a good wash out, soak off the labels, scrub off the glue and are ready to go!
I use these for flavoured oils (chilli and spice) which I'll be making later on in the year. Will use it for the pontack sauce if I can find enough elderberries as they dried out way too much last night and it went wrong so have to start again.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Thanks, fedup and AnW's - I'd thought about it, but we don't seem to use many things in bottles and/or don't go through enough. I think I'll have to bite the bullet this year and buy some - have seen some reasonable ones on the web.
Pigpen - difficult to say. If they'd love them and the prices are reasonable, go for it. 2 presents less to worry about. But if you are holding out for something particular, it might be worth waiting.0 -
They wil be 8 and 6 so need the biggest size dolls pram you can get (5-10) theirs are trashed and they love wheeling their eeyores/cats around.. they are £50 each but £90 in toys r us... Sounds like a good deal to me, especially as it's something they are going to play with lots. Suppose you can always blame me if something better comes along - or sell them on.0

You could buy a dozen of those individual wine bottles that are about 4 for a fiver at the moment. Declutter the contents (sure to be plenty of willing helpers on here:D) and then use them. They tend to have a screw cap.0 -
Nice idea - thank you.0

Evening all,
I haven't caught up with the thread so i hope everyone is ok.
I've only just got my pc working again. I've gone almost 2 weeks without the internet. My laptop has died a sad death, it needs a new motherboard so isn't worth fixing.:( I took my Pc to have the sound fixed and when i got it back it wouldn't recognise the keyboard. It's all ok now thankfully.
We also went on holiday to West Wales on Sunday and came back late last night. I couldn't believe the weather, i thought it was going to be miserable all week and we had brillaint sunshine the whole time.:D We spent most of the time on the beach and swimming in the sea, it was great.
Back to reality now and i've done 5 black bags full of washing today. I've been shopping as i had no food and neveah had to bail me out because when i went to pay i realised i'd left my debit card in OH's wallet.:o I've cleaned out the rabbits and unpacked everything.
I've got a list of what i need to do before Monday when my baby starts school.:( I'll sort that out tomorrow though as i'm going to bed very soon.0 -
Where in West Wales did you go Hollyh?0
