Morning campers, hopefully I've been missed..lol. No seriously just checking in to say I haven't disappeared down a big hole or anything..lol. I am still here, just when I intend to do something somethingelse crops up, and it usually involves me going out somewhere..ugh!! Although I can definately tell I am doing way too much, my body is really starting to shout at me now. Trouble is I don't listen to it..lol. Also since I started this group therapy, once a week, I think I am doing the usual avoidance routine.., running away from things and just generally disappearing from everyday things. Not a good idea I think. Although saying that my friends house has never looked so clean, seeing as I am there most of the time at the moment..lol I've also been having takeaways more than cooked dinners, and I think DH might start to comment. Bless him he hasn't at the moment but I know he will soon..

Anyway I am going to make a really concious effort to get back on the thread every day, hey I might even do more than once a day..lol.

Flying wise this morning I have done:

Eaten breakfast, cleared doodoo in the garden, fed the birds and sorted out my finances online.

Just about to take my meds then off to have a shower as I have to take a friend and her cat to the vets for midday.. Will be back later :)

*hugs and love* to everyone xxx

I have vaccumed downstairs. Going to pop in the shower, S & S the bathroom then need to go shopping ready for friend coming for lunch. The whole of downstairs looks quite neat and tidy, it will be so much easier to fly later in the week now :D

If I have time after all this I will try and do a HHI, if not I will try and get it all done once she has gone.

I did...but got chatting to NDN when I went to shut her gate which I thought had been left open by the window cleaners. I have, though, made a start on the kitchen, bin (in cupboard type) dismantled, cleaned and drying in the sun so while I was at it the cupboard itself has been emptied and wiped out ... this was the cupboard I cleaned when I first joined the thread and I was so impressed I kept going to look at it! (the undersink cupboard).

back in there at 11...anyone coming?
