pennib - yet another gorgeous sock monkey :T

rossana - Birthdays and christmas - yes ! Twin grandchildren are 18 day on Boxing Day and sons girlfriend has her birthday two days before Christmas !!
They all have a ''box of bits and pieces'' but for twins birthday, as its their 18th I'll do a 'party in a bag' (bottle of champers, party poppers,twiglets/cheeselets etc.) and necklace for grandaughter and silver chain for grandson.

esmer - I've done my fudge kebabs -fudge,turkish delight, some red berry looking sweets and some black ones and some marshmallows..........I put them all in cellophane self seal bags and then wrapped then with cling-film and tied curly ribbon round it. Hope they'll keep ok...........they should do as far as I can gather from what the lady at the sweet shop told me. Posting sons and his girlfriends off beginning of December so had to get them sorted.

That seems to have been all I've got done today inbetween phone calls from people I'd not spoken too for ages. But did manage to get sons box of stuff all wrapped up ready to go and OH got me some more stamps so cards are all written and ready to post.
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    Evening Ladies.

I printed off my snowman soup images and a poem I have made out of an amalgamation of poems on the net. I started to glue them, but I need better glue..... mine just ran out and I couldnt find UHU in poundland. I will have a look in the others tomorrow. The one I have is runny and made everything soggy :(

I have cut out all my templates for my chocolates. I will post up once camera batteries are charged.

    Snowman Soup Poem

This snowman soup is just for you
    four spoons per cup,
    Theres enough for two,
Add some hot water and fill it up
not too full mind, leave room in the cup
for there are mallows in there
    and some chocolate chips too
    Enjoy this winter warmer
    from me to you

    xxx

I did make a chocolate slab in a ginger man or woman shape, but its not tempered correctly and will probably melt on contact with body hear lol. The thermometer I got is not instant enough in its reading :( and the bathbombs I made seemed to have dried out, and looking and smelling good.
