Couple of small spends today. Heron for a gateaux (me and he are having a quiet luxourious day off together today) and some pepsi max, and M and S for bread, milk and I picked up some yummy cappuchino belgian waffles which were delish! Meals are mostly coming out of the fridge/freezer/cupboards as we're trying to run down stores before the wedding/honeymoon. Tonights tea was nummy sweet chilli chicken with mild curry supernoodles.
So not a bad start, gonna do some massive spends tomorrow fortunatley not grocery related, paying the florist, which isn't quite as  as I thought it was going to be.

Hi everyone, I've been shopping so have a spend of £26.12 to report. Aaargh. Far too much to have spent already. Why do I keep spending too much at the start of the month then scraping by the end? Stupid irresistible offers. I have however saved £5.50 according to the receipt and my brain, and some of it will go toward meals in other weeks so it wasn't all just on one week.

I just wish I could have a few spend days of 93p like majjak and £1.87 like Long tall Sally, or even a couple would be nice!

    Off to update signature...

Hippeee, the 93p was before my online Mr A delivery came this evening :rotfl:, total is now £56.11 which is a whole lot better than the £100s I've been spending  Mind you, cupboard is all green and white (Smart price :p :rotfl:). Bit of a case of suck it and see with what their basics range is like, if we don't like something we'll re-think if the situation arises. ;)

Kids are slowly getting used to the new ways but it's only been a week so we've a long way to go yet. It's the snacking their finding hard but I'm combating that with baking and fruit :D. Choc muffins in the oven as I type .

Hopefully, we'll only need topping up with a bit of bread/milk as the week passes ............ off to update sig, have a nice evening folks

I have to take my car for a service on Saturday (after taking a certain Ashia to a hair appt:D) I had planned on takeing in a trip to MrS (which is almost next door to the garage) and today a £6 off a £30 spend has arrived. I don't often use these vouchers as they encourage me to spend too much, but this will be useful and timely.

    NSD today:j
